Summary:Freight transport, especially road transport, needs an organization, management and optimization of all the agents that compose it. Software solutions that cover these areas often lack a full integration, and they are focused as support tools for transportation companies and not as an extension of their business area. This article will introduce a modular and scalable integral logistic management platform for transports, called IDGLOTRANS. This solution is focused on the transport companies needs and is designed so it can be incorporated directly into their business without having a big hardware infrastructure or computer skills, and with a custom design according to their requirements and their customer ones.
