Second-Order Epsilon Decomposition Approach for System Identification
An improved second-order epsilon decomposition approach is proposed that is not dependent on determining the lowest eigenvalue vectors. The approach makes it possible to dramatically reduce the computational effort to solve ill-conditioned equations while delivering high accuracy. (AIAA)
