Summary: | Nipple discharge (ND) is a common presenting complaint for breast-related disease. This pictorial assay uses cases from clinical practice to illustrate and summarize applications of radiological imaging modalities for concomitant ND case evaluations. In addition, this pictorial assay also proposes a workflow for ND diagnostic evaluation. The rational assessment of the different imaging modalities is helpful for appropriate treatment of the underlying causative condition, whether it is physiological or pathological in nature. |
