This transformation in the Romania have led to many intellectual and institutional arrangements. This arrangement is one of the Romania Ombudsman, this study of constitute the basic issue. This study referred to an example of the conversion on behalf of depending on the structural-institutional and functional aspects of the ombudsman is to provide the information.
