Description
Summary:Background and Objective Lung cancer, which threatens human's health and life, is the malignant tumor with the most rapid increase of morbidity. Mthough recent years the basic and clinical research have progressed to some extent, the cure rate is still below 15%. One reason is lack of early diagnostic method which leads to lost of optimal opportunity of surgery. On the other hand, it is still lack of effective method to cure advanced lung cancer. Chemotherapy is the main treatment strategy for advanced lung cancer. Its effect is restricted to some extent and has marked side effects. For this reason, to invest and develop more effective anti-cancer drugs is the hotspot of lung cancer research now and in the future. With the advances in theoretic and techniques of modern molecular biology and the accomplishment of human genome project, the exploration of molecular target drugs for lung cancer is practicable. In this territory, the molecular target therapy, which aims to angiogenesis of lung cancer, is one of th
