INTRODUCTION Non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）is a common malignant disease with an extremely poor prognosis.Lung cancer has been reported to metastasize to the eye in 0.2%to7%of patients based on clinical studies,and in 6%to 7%of patients based on postmortem histopathologic studies.
