Summary:This issue of Études britanniques contemporaines offers a selection of articles that were originally presented as papers during the ‘Fifty Years of Seeing with John Berger’ conference that took place on 20 and 21 October 2021. The conference was hosted by the SEAC in association with the University of Lorraine in Metz, the University of Paris 1-Panthéon Sorbonne, and 49 Nord 6 Est – Frac Lorraine (regional contemporary art fund in Lorraine). We would like to express our thanks to the organisers of the conference. Ce numéro d’Études britanniques contemporaines réunit une sélection d’articles issus des communications originellement présentées dans le cadre du colloque de la SEAC « Fifty Years of Seeing with John Berger » qui s’est tenu à l’Université de Lorraine à Metz les 20 et 21 octobre 2022, en partenariat avec Paris 1-Panthéon Sorbonne et avec le soutien de 49 Nord 6 Est – Frac Lorraine.
