Summary: | Oxidation‐reduction reactions and some applications of polymers containing p‐phenylenediamine skeleton in side branches were studied in aqueous solutions. The polymer was used also for preparation of immobilized enzymes by oxidative coupling reaction. The materials were prepared under biologically tolerable conditions and exhibited fairly high biological activity.
Die Oxidations‐und Reduktionsreaktionen und weitere Anwendungen von Polymerisaten, die in den Seitenketten ein p‐Phenylendiaminskelett enthalten, wurden in wäßrigem Medium untersucht. Diese Polymerisate wurden auch für die Herstellung immobilisierter Enzyme durch oxidative Kupplung verwendet. Das Material wurde unter biologisch tolerierbaren Bedingungen hergestellt und wies eine verhältnismäßig hohe biologische Aktivität auf. |
