Summary: | The Front Cover shows the different chemical and biophysical techniques that can be used to investigate allosteric modulation. The binary code background represents the wide variety of computational methods that can be used to both identify allosteric sites and effectors, and to analyse allosteric regulation mechanisms. Experimental methods (i.e. NMR spectroscopy, Mass analysis and X‐ray diffraction) are portrayed by the X‐ray diffraction pattern and the floating nuclear spins. Finally, one of the four paradigmatic case studies described is depicted in the form of the two main allosterically regulated conformations of the hub protein Hsp90.
