Summary: | Motion correction is an important issue in ophthalmic optical coherence tomography (OCT). We present a novel method combining normalized cross‐correlation, polynomial fitting and shortest path faster algorithm to correct cross‐sectional motion artifacts in retinal volumes. The results demonstrate that our method effectively corrects motion artifacts in OCT volumes and may have potential application value in the evaluation of ophthalmic diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma and so on.
