Summary:We made a case study analyzing and comparing the journalistic treatment in news articles published in two of the most important newspapers in Spain, ElPaís and ABC, during the first week from the approval by President Trump of the Executive Order 13769, Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry into the United States, published on January 27, 2017. We are finding out if a social journalism was made in these media when covering this relevant facts which affected fundamentally immigrants.
