Summary:Rapid growth of the gaming monitor market in recent years has increased the demand for high frame rate display. We have developed a fast‐response liquid crystal LCD with high frame rate driving backplane based on low resistance gate LTPS‐TFT technology. The 540Hz refresh rate LCD with advanced of LTPS backplane technology has good moving picture quality and fulfills the requirement for product reliability test.
