P‐31: Research on Improvement of White High Reflectivity Ink Process

The UV curing rate of the ink film was improved by adjusting the exposure wavelength and energy parameters. At the same time, the edge morphology of white ink window was improved from positive trapezoid to inverted trapezoid.
