Summary: | An efficient temperature control C−S and C−N bond formation under mild nickel‐catalysed domino cross‐coupling conditions is described. The advantages of this approach are good functional group compatibility, cheaper nickel catalyst, and use of mild base. In addition, to the best of our knowledge this methodology is the first successful example of nickel‐catalysed synthesis of 2‐Arylsulfonyl Aryl cyanamides and 2‐Aminophenyl Benzothiazole.
The general, efficient, and practical method for the synthesis of 2‐arylsulfonyl arylcyanamides and 2‐aminopheyl benzothiazoles has been established under mild reaction conditions using Nickel catalysis through domino C−S and C−N cross‐coupling reaction. We have studied systematically the temperature effect in this work to construct the target products. |
