Description
Summary:A rural hospital was selected for this research. Respondents (n = 330) completed questionnaires which collected biographical/occupational characteristics and perceptions regarding five dimensions of occupational stress. A two‐way ANOVA procedure indicated that substantial interactive effects existed between a number of respondent characteristics and their departmental affiliation with regard to predicting elevated stress perceptions in four of the five categories.
