Description
Summary:Molecular Diagnostic Systems Using an Au nanoparticles‐Au nanodimples (AuNPs‐AuNDPs) substrate, in article number 2403672, Sang‐Woo Joo, Sung‐Gyu Park, Jaebum Choo, and co‐workers developed a highly sensitive surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS)‐polymerase chain reaction molecular diagnostic assay platform capable of detecting 105 copies/μL of the SARS‐CoV‐2 target gene with a minimal number of thermocycles. These results are expected to ultimately lay the foundation for developing SERS‐based amplification‐free molecular diagnostic systems.
