On Existence of Semifields with Free Automorphism Groups

. The aim of this paper is to prove the existence of a semifield A of order q 4 where q is a power of 2, having the properties, A contains GF ( q 2 ) in its left-nucleus and admits a free four-group E ≅ Z 2  × Z 2 of automorphisms.
