Mostly oesophagogastroduodenoscopy, colonoscopy or capsule endoscopy are successful in finding the source of the bleeding. But in some cases these diagnostic tools can fail. METHODS: Case report. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Here we present a case where the classical approach of endoscopy failed and laparoscopy was the diagnostic and therapeutic tool of choice.
