Description
Summary:The Mathematical Collection of the Polish Virtual Library of Science is an open access repository of Polish mathematical papers. The work on this project started 8 years ago and at present 12,500 articles and 54 books are available in the collection. Statistical analysis of use of the webpage clearly shows the advantages of online publishing of scientific works. Currently, we are preparing the migration of the Mathematical Collection to a new platform for electronic publishing called YADDA. This platform, developed at ICM UW, offers an excellent solution for Open Access paradigm of content publishing, and will ensure improved access to the Mathematical Collection.
