Summary:Sedum perezdelarosae is proposed as a new species from the state of Puebla, Mexico. It belongs to section Pachysedum A. Berger because of its lateral inflorescence, thick leaves and yellow flowers. It seems to be closely related to S. batallae with which it shares its small size and densely aggregated habit. It differs from this species in the larger size of rosette and stem, leaf shape, inflorescences length and color of the corolla.
