Summary:Pure triplet scattering in neutron transport through a finite plane-parallel medium is considered. Galerkin approximation is introduced to calculate some functionals arising in radiative transfer problems such as reflection and transmission coefficients. Some of numerical results are compared with the results calculated by Pomraning-Eddington Variational method.
