Determination of vertical eddy diffusion parameters by Doppler optical radar

Simultaneous measurements of aerosol concentration and vertical wind velocity by Doppler optical radar permit the determination of the vertical eddy flux of aerosols and of the diffusion coefficient. Results of experiments are presented.
