Nanosecond pulse radiolysis effect studied spectrographically

Absorption spectra have been obtained for the benzene excimer and for solvated electrons in water, methanol and glycerol by a technique utilising a 3 nanosecond Čerenkov light flash as the internal source for spectrographic detection during pulse radiolysis.
