Thermal conductivity of binary liquid mixtures

A semi-empirical method is developed for the prediction of the thermal conductivity of binary liquid mixtures. The proposed method is tested by calculating the thermal conductivity of twelve binary liquid mixtures and an excellent agreement between the observed and calculated values is obtained.
