Cyclazocine treatment of opiate dependence: A progress report

A rapid method of induction to maintenance levels of cyclazocine is described. Fifty per cent of patients selecting cyclazocine treatment sustain treatment for 6 mo or longer. The typological characteristics of treatment successes and failures are discussed.
