Summary:Bolometric characteristics of YBaCuO and LaSrCuO films on SrTiO 3 and YSZ substrates have been studied. A YBaCuO bolometer has the detectivity D ∗ = 4·10 8 W −1 Hz 1 2 cm at a chopping frequency of 10 Hz over the IR range, for an antenna-type YBaCuO microbolometer operating over the submillimeter range NEP = 6·10 −12 WHz − 1 2 has been reached at a chopping frequency of 10 kHz.
