Summary: | Buckling of laminated angle ply plates under axial compression is extended to integrally stringer reinforced laminated plates. Appropriate jump conditions are presented and it is found that stringer torsional rigidity plays a much more important role in raising the buckling load for plates with a large fibre angle than in those with a small fibre angle. |
