Far-infrared optical properties of ZnS highly doped with Fe
Far-infrared reflectivity measurements have been made on ZnS crystals containing approx. 10 at. % Fe, at liquid nitrogen temperature and room temperature, in the frequency range 100–450 cm −1. Kramers-Krönig analysis of the spectra and reflectivity fitting by a combined harmonic-anharmonic model has...

−1. Kramers-Krönig analysis of the spectra and reflectivity fitting by a combined harmonic-anharmonic model has determined the IR active transverse and longitudinal optical modes, their damping factors, the additional parameters due to anharmonic effects and the real and imaginary parts of the complex dielectric function. |
