Stability of tritium-labelled glycosphingolipids
The stability of three tritium-labelled neutral glycosphingolipids (a ceramide monosaccharide, a ceramide disaccharide, and a ceramide tetrasaccharide) having specific activities of 0.2–0.9 mCi/mg were compared over a 2-month period. All were unstable but the instability increased with increased str...

Summary: | The stability of three tritium-labelled neutral glycosphingolipids (a ceramide monosaccharide, a ceramide disaccharide, and a ceramide tetrasaccharide) having specific activities of 0.2–0.9 mCi/mg were compared over a 2-month period. All were unstable but the instability increased with increased structural complexity. At this activity level, the compounds may be kept for about 1 week with repurification. |
