Summary:Measurements of vapour-liquid equilibrium pressures by a static method on ( n-hexane + an α,ω-dichloroalkane) at 298.15 K are reported. Activity coefficients and excess molar Gibbs energies were calculated, the latter being strongly positive and generally symmetrical with respect to mole fraction. The calculated values of excess molar entropy at x = 0.5 are also given.
