Summary:The present paper deals with the process of the isothermal evaporation of a porous disperse body adjacent to the undersaturated vapour of its particles. One has derived the velocity of receding of the flat boundary of the body and the dependence of the particle size to this boundary. The formula holds for a sufficiently rarefied aerosol, as for example, for a comet tail.
