Summary:The electron-phonon interaction strength (Huang-Rhys parameter S) of ultrathin ZnSeZnTe superlattices has been estimated. The values of S are 3.5 and 7.4 for S1 blue and S2 green bands caused by the Te isoelectronic traps. Using these values, we have constructed configuration coordinate diagrams to explain absorption and emission mechanisms in the ZnSeZnTe superlattices.
