. In addition, thermoluminescence and stimulation spectra of x-irradiated BaFBr are studied by thermal cleaning technique. The trap depth and frequency factor of 365K are calculated employing various methods. The two peaks at 365K and 414K are associated with F(F-) centers respectively. |
