Reflection and transmission functions for finite isotropically scattering atmospheres with specular reflectors

A finitely thick isotropically scattering atmosphere is bounded below by a specular reflector. A Cauchy system for the scattering and transmission functions is obtained. Results of numerical experiments are presented.
