Quantization noise in pulse density modulated holograms
Application of a binarization procedure in computer holography which produces a pulse density modulation results in inhomogeneous noise clouds in the reconstruction plane. Reduction of the noise within the reconstructed image is possible with appropriate choice of the binarization parameters.
