Description
Summary:A previous investigation of the behaviour of current carrying weak contacts between two superconductors in the resistive-yet superconductive-region has been extended using pure Sn droplet junctions. It is shown that persistent currents in a closed Nb ring can be determined sensitively, by means of measuring the voltage change, over an attached current-carrying-weak contact in the resistive region, as a function of a magnetic field applied perpendicular to the plane of the ring.
