Magnetoconductivity of hexagonal selenium single crystals

The components σ 1111, σ 1122 and σ 1133 of the magnetoconductivity tensor of Se have been measured up to 30 kgauss in the temperature range 83°–270°K. The hole mobility decreases approximately proportional to T− 3 2 and has a value of about 20 cm 2/Vsec at 270°K.
