Summary:An adiabatic calorimeter is proposed for examining the interaction of polymers with reagents in relation to heat liberation. It was shown that with the automatic maintenance of adiabatic experimental conditions the use of this type of calorimeter has advantages over differential calorimeters. Integral curves were drawn of kinetics of heat liberation and differential curves calculated from them.
