Summary: | It was established that the highly developed porous structure of aromatic polymers is due to the presence in the reaction medium of a solvent during synthesis. It was shown that solvent properties affect the formation of porous polymer structure and have no influence on the density of molecular packing. Constitutional diagrams were studied for two aromatic polymer-solvent systems and it was shown that they may have both upper and lower critical temperatures of solution, i.e. solvent properties may vary with a change of temperature of synthesis. |
