Study of the properties and conformations in solution of a styrene copolymer with maleic mono N,N-diethylaminopropylamide
The methods of IR-spectroscopy, potentiometry, viscometry and spectrophotometry have been used to study the structure, properties and conformations in aqueous and water-salt solutions of a new synthetic polyampholyte—a styrene copolymer with the mono N,N-diethylaminopropylamide of maleic acid (I). Summary: | The methods of IR-spectroscopy, potentiometry, viscometry and spectrophotometry have been used to study the structure, properties and conformations in aqueous and water-salt solutions of a new synthetic polyampholyte—a styrene copolymer with the mono N,N-diethylaminopropylamide of maleic acid (I). It is shown that in the solid state I pssissinf a regular structure represents an internal salt. The state of the macromolecules of I in aqueous and water-salt solutions is analysed. It is shown that for [NaCl]⩽0·1 × 10
