Description
Summary:On the basis of calculating dimensional distribution of pores in various non-swelling sorbents with rigid pore structure a universal calibration dependence was plotted for coefficients of interphase distribution of macromolecules on the ratio of their dimensions and the pore radii of the sorbent. This dependence is general for all sorbents with similar pore structure and enables sorbent calibration to be calculated using results of mercury porometry or pore distribution in the sorbent according to data of chromatographic calibration experiments.
