Non-stationary processes in thin films formed by laser-induced atomization of polymers

Physico-chemical processes that proceed during stabilization of properties of thin films formed by laser-induced atomization of polymers in vacuo have been studid. Post-polymerization of molecular fragments and structural rearrangement of the film rank among the most important phenomena.
