Summary:Experimental evidence is given showing that for a vacuum ambient of 5 × 10 −9Torr (1) the current in the square-law region is indeed space charge limited (2), 10 19 −10 20 cm −3 trapping centers exist 0.38 eV below the conduction-band edge, and (3) below 90°C the ohmic conduction is extrinsic due to the presence of 10 12−10 13 cm −3 donors at the trapping level. On presente l'évidence experimentelle demonstrant que pour de vide ambiant 5 × 10 −9mm (1) le courant dans le région du loi carré est limité par charge d'espace, (2) 10 19−10 20 cm −3 des centres de capture 0,38 eV au-dessous du tranchant de la bande de conduction, et (3) la conduction ohmique est extrinsèque au-dessous de 90°C à cause de la présence de 10 12 −10 13 cm −3 donateurs dans le niveau des pièges.
