Eine quantisierte Feldtheorie für die inelastische Elektronenstreuung wird vorgeschlagen und angewendet, um den differentiellen inelastischen Streuquerschnitt in vierter Ordnung der Störungsrechnung zu berechnen. Weil der Impuls senkrecht zur Oberfläche nicht erhalten bleibt, tritt ein neues Phänomen ein: die Seitenbandstreuung. |
