Summary:The conductance of AlIAl junctions doped with small amounts of Fe impurities exhibits a small conductance dip superimposed on a conductance peak in zero magnetic field. This structure is discussed in terms of the existing theories of conductance anomalies. Die Leitfähigkeit von AlIAl Tunnel-dioden, dotiert mit Kleinen Konzentration von Eisen, wurde in Magnetfeldfreien Fall untersucht. Es wurde ein schwaches Minimum gefunden, welches einem Leitfähigkeit maximum überlagert ist. Das Resultat wird in Rahmen den Leutigen Theorien von Leitfähigkeit anomalien in Tunneldioden diskutiert.
