Summary:Brillouin investigations have been performed in NH4HSeO4 from room temperature up to the superionic phase through the transition near 144°C. The elastic constants C11, C22 and C33 exhibit strong discontinuities at that transition. The results are discussed in connection with the data on the structure and with the appearence of superionic conductivity properties. L'e´tude par diffusion Brillouin de NH4HSO4 ae´te´mene´e de la tempe´rature ambiante jusqu'a la phase superionique qui apparait au dessus de la transition de phase situeéeà144°C. Les constantese´lastiques C11, C22 and C33 subissent une forte discontinuiteàa`cette transition. Les re´sultats sont discuteàsa`partir des donne´es structurales et en incluant l'apparition de la conductivite´ionique.
