Summary:We report a calculation of the mean square displacement of an electron in a two-dimensional Wigner lattice in the presense of an array of pinning centers located at random lattice sites. The phonons of the Wigner lattice are treated in the harmonic approximation and the random distribution of pinning centers is dealt with in the single-site Coherent Potential Approximation.
