The oxyluminescence and kinetics of oxyluminescence of selected polymers

The oxyluminescence (OL) curves of 19 polymers are presented. These curves may be employed as a means of characterization and/or identification of the polymer. A new method for determining the kinetics of the OL is described. The E a values of 6 different polymers ranged from 60 to 135 kJ mole −1. T...

Description
Summary:The oxyluminescence (OL) curves of 19 polymers are presented. These curves may be employed as a means of characterization and/or identification of the polymer. A new method for determining the kinetics of the OL is described. The E a values of 6 different polymers ranged from 60 to 135 kJ mole −1. The method is only applicable to single-step OL processes.
