Determination of the coefficient of Helmholtz's equation from the boundary values of the solution

The problem of determining the coefficient of Helmholtz's equation, specified in a band, is considered. A method of solving this problem for the case when the coefficient is represented in the form of the sum of a continuously changing function and a small addition is developed.
