The approximation of the Boltzmann equation of semiconductor theory by stochastic equations

The methods of Arsen'yev and Skorokhod for approximation by means of stochastic differential equations with respect to the Poisson measure are extended to the case of the Boltzmann equation of semiconductor theory.
